Who we are

This website (colevandee.com, also served at colevandee.pages.dev) is the personal brand site of Cole Vandee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We collect very little, and only what the site needs to function:

• Email address. If you enter your email address in a form on this site (for example, to receive a workbook or updates), we collect that address.
• Technical and security data. Our hosting and bot protection providers may process basic technical signals (such as IP address and device information) to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not collect your name, payment details, or any other personal information through this site.

How email signup works

When you submit your email address, it is sent to a secure serverless endpoint on this site, which adds it to our email list managed through GetResponse, our email marketing platform. GetResponse acts as our data processor and stores your email address so we can send you the content you requested and occasional updates.

How we use your information

• To send you the content you asked for (such as course workbooks) and related updates.
• To operate, secure, and maintain this website.

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

We share your email address only with the service providers needed to run this site:

• GetResponse, our email marketing platform, which stores and sends email on our behalf.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides security and bot protection (including Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information on these legal bases:

• Consent. When you give us your email address to receive content, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
• Legitimate interests. We process basic technical data to keep the site secure and running, which is in our legitimate interest and yours.

• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this site.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Security and technical data is retained by our providers according to their own retention schedules.
